Safety Guidelines:

Follow the Rainbow ensures that every child’s safety and security is the top priority. All staff possess an enhanced police check carried out by the Criminal Record Bureau (CRB).

Follow the Rainbow also runs a strict sign-in/ sign-out policy, so that only people listed on the online registration are authorised to pick up your child/ren at 4PM. If there is someone who may try and pick up your child/ren that you strongly do not give permission for, you must inform Follow the Rainbow Owner, Jess.

At a maximum, the staff to child ration will be 1:8 to ensure maximum safety and quality of teaching. Also, the main teacher, Jess, holds an up-to-date 12 hour Paediatric First Aid training with the Bi-Borough Childcare Training service in Kensington & Chelsea.

You must inform Follow the Rainbow in writing of any food or medicine or activity to which the child/ren is/are allergic and ensure this information is updated immediately if it changes.

You must agree not to put any kind of nuts or seeds, nut/seed products or any product not guaranteed nut-free in the snacks and pack lunches of your child/ren.

In the unfortunate event that your child/ren become(s) unwell at the Kids Yoga & Mindfulness Holiday Camp, you must ensure you pick up your child/ren soon after we telephone you to inform you.

Payment & Cancellations:

Weekly classes:

Families with 2 or more students enrolled will receive a 10% discount on term fees if paid in full by the due date. All fees are due before the first lesson on the term, unless you have obtained prior consent from Follow the Rainbow. No refunds will be given once the term has commenced and no refund will be given for any missed classes.

Holiday Camps:

Payment must be made prior to the first day of the Holiday camp and bookings will operate on a first come, first served basis. A spot for your child will be reserved on the Kids Yoga & Mindfulness camp only once the registration has been completed and payment has been processed.

If you wish to cancel a whole week booking or an individual day and give more than 30 days notice, a credit will be provided. If you cancel with less than 30 days notice, no credit will be issued.

The Camp fees are non-refundable in any circumstances whatsoever other than with the written consent of Follow the Rainbow. The camp fees will only be refunded in case of the camp provider having to cancel the camp due to illness.
